About Jolene
She knows what it costs to be the one holding everything together.
Jolene Park spent 25 years helping other people's bodies heal. Then she became a caregiver herself, and learned firsthand what that role does to your brain and body.
Wired For Healing is the support she wishes someone had handed her.

Twenty-five years of helping people heal
Jolene Park has been an entrepreneur and functional nutritionist for 25 years. She's trained 125 coaches in Gray Area Drinking across 12 countries, her TED talk on the topic has over 500,000 views, and she co-hosted Editing Our Drinking & Our Lives, the first podcast dedicated to Gray Area Drinking. She is an SSP (Safe and Sound Protocol) provider and has completed advanced training in Dr. Cathleen King's Primal Trust practitioner program for somatic nervous system regulation and neural retraining. She is also a student at Duke Divinity School, pursuing a graduate certificate in Theology, Medicine, and Culture.
And then her father was diagnosed with dementia.
What followed was a crash course in a system that fails dementia patients and their families. She stepped in to advocate for him when he could no longer do it himself. She refused to accept care that fell short of what he deserved.
Through relentless searching, she found the private consultants most families never find, and eventually the best memory care facility in Colorado. But all of it came at a cost. The stress of navigating that system showed up in her body.
Why Wired For Healing exists
Wired For Healing was born from that experience, and from the conviction that no one should have to figure this out alone.
Maybe you're caring for an aging parent, a spouse, or a child with health needs: a role you can't put down. Or maybe you're coming out of burnout or a season where the role that defined you is changing or ending. Either way, what you've been carrying lives in your body. That's also where healing starts.
Jolene brings everything she has learned to this work:
Clinically
Twenty-five years of functional nutrition, brain health, and nervous system science, including the Safe and Sound Protocol and Primal Trust.
Personally
She has been the advocate, the researcher, and the one making the hard calls. She knows what caregiving costs because she has paid it.
Spiritually
Her study at Duke Divinity School brings practices like lament, Sabbath, and rest into the room alongside the science.
You shouldn't have to go on a scavenger hunt for good care.
If you need this most, you're probably already carrying more than you can bear. Wired For Healing brings the best of what Jolene has found into one place: practical tools for your brain and body, and a small group of people walking alongside you who understand what you're going through.
Six weeks, live and virtual. Begins January 2027.
